Su and Hanson in Huntington Beach

We met Su and Hanson at the beautiful bridge and tower of the Huntington Beach Hyatt. Su was all smiles during the shoot, and she seemed to laugh more as the conservative Hanson became more shy. Hanson is a lot like me in that he's much more comfortable behind the camera than in front. As you can see though, he's quite photogenic so hopefully this will show him that he can be great in front of the camera.

Su's cute pink shoes.

The sky was awesome. It was half blue and bright and half cloudy and dark. There was also thunder and lightning. What's a little scary weather to stop us from a great shoot?

Su's laugh is so infectious, every time she laughed I was laughing behind the camera too.

Chillz Frozen Yogurt in Rancho Santa Margarita

Our good friends Jaime and Ace just opened up a frozen yogurt shop in Rancho Santa Margarita. We went to taste their delicious yogurt and to take some promo shots at the same time. If you're ever in the area, go check it out. There's a beautiful lake that's literally a ten second walk from the store.

Jaime and Ace, two of the nicest people you'll ever meet.

They don't have a name for this one but I'm going to call it the Jimbo Green Tea, named after me. It's a tarty green tea yogurt with raspberries, blackberries, and coconut shredded on top.

I really liked this mango yogurt too, with my favorite blueberries on top. Yummy.

We'll be back soon!

Charity Golf Classic in Laguna Niguel

The Orange County Child Abuse Prevention Center asked me to shoot their Annual Charity Golf Classic at the Laguna Niguel Country Club. I really enjoy working with them because the people at the CAPC that put together the events are awesome and the cause speaks for itself. This event was a little more serious than the Jessica Erstad "Not So Serious" Women's Golf Outing that I covered last time, but it was still fun as always.

I think the golfer who got closest to the hole won a free lease to the car for a weekend.

There were a few of these beautiful classic cars on display.

UPS is one of the major sponsors for the event.

Silent auction items included sports memorabilia like this Jose Molina autographed baseball.

Kristine and Rick's Wedding in Newport Beach

Kristine and Rick got married at the Marriott in Newport Beach on a gorgeous sunny day. First of all, I'd like to say what a nice and sweet couple they were to work with. Although they were quite stressed at first, they loosened up and was laughing all night with their guests. Kristine and Rick have been together since they were in high school and it was such a wonderful experience for me to be a part of their special day.

The make-up artist did a really good job with Kristine.
