Cherish and Steve, who is leaving to serve duty, had their wedding in a cute little cozy restaurant in Torrance, Restaurant Christine's. The place had great ambiance and the walls provided a great backdrop for photos. They had a group of friends that were so fun to shoot; if you don't believe me, check out the last photograph in this set.






Moments like this is why I love doing photojournalism-styled photography. There are always natural moments that look great in photographs.


The lighting and timing was exactly how I wanted.


This is one of those shots that somehow just turned out amazing. We all knew it would be a fun shot to see later, but it's just that much better to actually see it.

Cheryl had contacted me on short notice and fortunately I was available on her wedding date. I met Cheryl and Kevin at the Universal Hilton where they were getting ready. Cheryl was so sweet and hospitable that I couldn't help but have a great time photographing their wedding.
